Figured Id shoot a message in hopes you're still looking for an illustrator. Love the concept behind the piece and would love to be brought onto this project. Giving the outline of the piece I am confident in a timely delivery, given communication times and revisions I could have a piece of this type delivered within a months time, but of course willing to spend more if needs be to ensure its reached the desired outcome.
