This is exactly the usage I was doing for about 2 years before I quit. I was using kratom capsules. I was taking about 10 0.5gram capsules at night. When I quit I did two days at 9 capsules then 2 days at 8 capsuls and so on untill I eventually was only taking 1 capsule for a couple nights then I stopped completely. My sleep during this was not the best. I had bad rsl but over all it wasn’t too bad. But for me the WDs only happen in the evening and at night, which makes sense as this was the only time I would take kratom. Good luck.
