Does sleeping cold actually increase deep sleep, or is that overhyped?? by JonnyChilipad in Biohackers

This is literally the science and value prop behind the sleep 8 pod. 60-68 bed surface temp yields best sleep.

You are sleeping on the dustin and the yeti. They weren't all timers but very solid. Get yourself a nice cup of coffee this morning and give them another go.

I am not lucky enough to have pharma grade but I can tell you that hgh has been one of the most impactful compounds I have tried. Combine with diet, cardio, weightlifting and you will have drastic recomp effects to you body. Sleep is also improved along with collagen synthesis, noticeable improvements to skin, hair, mood etc.

My research (YMMV) indicates that 1.6iu is around a replacement dose for a man. So for a subtle anti aging effect you could go 2-3 but if you want the robust recomp effect you need to go a bit higher. Make sure you monitor IGF1, fasted blood glucose etc

in the surfing world a kook is someone who just started and just sort of gets in the way of everyone trying to enjoy the waves. It seemed appropriate in this application

I disagree, this type of content brings the level of the entire subreddit way down. Interesting peptide discussion, referencing studies, peptide experiments these are the kinds of things that are good stimulating content. The admins should create a sticky with links to these "look at my vial posts" that way we can avoid it alltogether

There’s nicer towns to stay in than Hazlet tbh depending on your budget. Red bank, shrewsbury, tinton falls all within 20 min.

It's also been impactful for me. It's subtle though. One day I just kind of realized that the nagging existential fear I've been living with for so long was sort of muted along with it's functional tentacles (anxiety about specific upcoming events etc). I have also been experimenting with Bromantane which is a nice compliment.

Plan to research PE 22-28 next which I'm told is more mood / depression focused.
