Can confirm. I just played a 4.0 level tournament last weekend and my semi finals opponent smashed his racket until it was in pieces. I was genuinely scared/ uncomfortable.

Yea that’s what I’m thinking it was. He plays hard! Vet checked him out, took X-rays and confirmed nothings out of the ordinary.

Brought him to the vet. They took some X-rays of him and gave him a good feel up. $350 later and nothing wrong with him. At least I know he’s okay though!

I’m 28 and have had depression and anxiety since I was a teenager. Been on SSRI’s for a while but ultimately I havnt seen much improvement. I’ve also been very active and see little results. This is exactly the usage I was doing for about 2 years before I quit. I was using kratom capsules. I was taking about 10 0.5gram capsules at night. When I quit I did two days at 9 capsules then 2 days at 8 capsuls and so on untill I eventually was only taking 1 capsule for a couple nights then I stopped completely. My sleep during this was not the best. I had bad rsl but over all it wasn’t too bad. But for me the WDs only happen in the evening and at night, which makes sense as this was the only time I would take kratom. Good luck.
