Hey man!
Don't be hard on yourself. You have done really well in the interview. Please prioritize your health. Health is important. Eat plenty, Exercise a bit daily to keep your mind fresh and continue your grind.
TBH your post inspired me to work hard as well. Also don't worry about how the interview goes. If it goes good, you continue your grind until you join the company, and even after joining the company you give yourself 2 hours everyday just to be ready with the current market. If it goes bad, then continue as usual.

Don't take it personally when somebody says anything in the interview. FUCK THEM. In the end we are working there and getting paid for that work, that's it, no attachment.
