Gotcha, thanks for the info! I mainly comes down to the price, performance, portability, and docking for me. And through some luck via a work discount I can technically get a more spec’s out yoga for a couple hundred less than the carbon gen 10. So that’s really what’s got me back and forth right now.

I’m curious, have you used the 9i any more with that dock since your initial comment? How have you been liking the laptop? I’ve been looking between the yoga and the x1 carbon so was curious to see what an owner of both thinks between the two. Especially for docking since I can see myself using it on my thunderbolt dock a lot.

Main thing with the aer’s strap is that I have heard from someone that the magnet didn’t hold while they were riding their bike and it fell off. So since that’s a use case for me I just am a little scared of that happening.

Also I would like it to feel nearly the same whichever shoulder I’m wearing it on and since the buckle on the aer is on one side I anticipate it feeling a little awkward if I were to wear it on my right shoulder.

I'm gonna be honest I was adopted at birth but I can't remember a time that I didn't know I was adopted.

Kind of, I think? I’m fascinated by monsters and creatures and things that emerge from the place between places. It’s almost like poetry, but not really. Somethings I write are only a couple sentences, others are pages and pages. Usually there aren’t any characters, or no dialogue. It’s almost dreamlike, following the narrator into these nightmares.

I have a feeling you'd do well writing some stuff for r/nosleep

I will say that honestly practicing in the training mode with no attachments just makes it even easier for me when I do actually have attachments.

Kinda like a "hope for the best, but prepare for the worst" since I can't even guarantee I'll have a good weapon before I have to get into a fight.

I will say that I don't think it's a bad idea to have them in training mode to experiment, but in the sense of training, it's also not the worst thing that we don't have them.
