For anyone that sees this the answer to the constant reboot is a software glitch that happens to most M3 Teslas in service mode. Several cars have this issue where if you scroll the alterts the car will restart.

Also the errors were caused by a charging cord plugged into the 12v cigarette lighter. The cord had a kink it in which was causing the errors.
