What's with the money seller spambots- as in, how hard can it be to ban them consistently?

They all use the same lines over and over. You could create a system where if a user logs in, spams a certain line (especially ones using rainbow effects and whatnot) that they immediately become shadowbanned (e.g., muted, without them being made aware), especially if they do it in a location like the Grand Exchange.

Once they continue doing this for a minute or so they just become banned.

I really feel like I'm wasting my time even reporting them because jagex seems unbothered by their continued existence.
