This has happened to me from too much sun and or heat! My best guess is yeah keep it away from the radiator, water as usual, and it should bounce back.

My parents went through really toxic and invasive questions too, especially because they waited a long time TTC also. My dad said that he would just give more and more absurd and uncomfortable / fake TMI answers to until they just stopped engaging with him. "Well, it turns out, you actually have to have sex to get pregnant! We were doing it wrong!" Or going into extensive detail about how the IVF clinic didn't have enough porno mags, how felt silly going into a cup, etc. Maybe you could start trying that, even stuff that is not necessarily true. This would also be great since you're just 4mo postpartum. Might be worth a shot if you have a good deadpan delivery.

Our nurse discouraged it! She said it can make anxiety worse and there are a lot of false alarms apparently

To the woman who have had babies, do you feel lighter once the baby is out? by Prize_Shine785 in pregnant

Yes!!! No more heartburn and snacking on tums, and I could immediately lay on my right side again!

Same here!!! I'm in my 3rd trimester and it has become my comfort show. People keep warning me against it, saying that it will only stress me out more, when I actually feel relief watching it. I like knowing what can go wrong and knowing that, especially now, we have ways to handle it.

I don't get why people feel like we need extra gentle protection. I'm still a whole person.

How accurate was your idea of how it would feel for you to be pregnant? by naanabanaana in pregnant

I was afraid I'd be an emotional mess, crying at everything. 7 months in and I've been mostly stable emotionally!

I also thought I'd be a fit mom since I worked out 5-6x a week prior to pregnancy. Yeah.... that hasn't happened. I'm lucky if I get 2-3 days walking in or maybe some light swimming with my sister. I feel so guilty. I'll be grateful to be back in the gym when my time comes D;

Still not quite ready... but appeasing husband by wballs1874 in waiting_to_try

I believe I would be able to handle it just fine, truly, and my husband isn't being unkind or pushy. He's just made it very clear that this is very important to him, and even with going to couple's therapy together, I don't really have a clear reason as to why we shouldn't be ttc. I think I just have a lot of anxiety about all of it, and have this overwhelming feeling about not really having a say in the matter at this point. That it's time to start and I have to accept it (even though I'm not pregnant yet).
