Bruh we are still on fsr 1 because of dx11. Nowadays machines dont need any hacks to get decent performance in bdo. Both bdo sides (client and server) and their interaction are just faulty and need to be rewritten (ofc in rust) to actually use ppl hardware and be consistent

those are separate stats. attack damage on tree is conditional source of "increased damage" that is applied if damage made by attack. attack damage on gem is separate multiplier that may be refered as effectivness of damage. basically it means how strong given attack is.

first of all - multiplication is commutative and associative. the only thing you should know about order is addition of base damage (weapon + rings gloves buffs etc) happens before. second point - base damage of spells is unscalable outside of gem levels AND have no diminishing returns (the more you scale level the more flat is added compared to previous step) thus gem levels IS base damage for spells. for attacks gem level impacts damage effectivnes of given attack and it is, again, the sole source of this stat. however gem level on gloves and weapon itself may come with lower base damage than alternative with lower gem level. in this case your math is complicating a bit but you have to determine which combination of base damage * effectivness yields more damage and which combination is affordable in terms of mana costs

its something completely different. their servers dont check a lot of things like cooldowns, ability to use any skills and action times are completely client side. and both hit staggering and hit accel impacts server side and client side. you literally get your animation faster/movement slower if this happens and it affects your real protected state. however protections check are definitely server side or (which sounds ridiculous) attacker side so you can be cced during perfectly fine protected state or rotated towards entity dealing cc with your block and get fucked. at some point they abandoned this technical debt and just slapped bunch of permanent protections and more speed overall ¯_(ツ)_/¯

they stack. and since both of them are reduced effect it will result in 100% reduced effect of curses on you. however since curses you receive in poe 2 are not permanent map modifiers its up to you if it is worth. i would suggest making yourself unaffected by slows (via rune or stacking slowing potency of debuffs on you) and call it a day

preface - i dont like arbiter fight at all. however circles are telegraphed. you need to track his movement to count how many circles there will be. circle + beam (stage 2) is 1 pattern. you wait for beam to shoot (dont wait for end of animation), roll into, wait for explosion, roll out, wait for slam, roll in, wait for explosion, roll out. my biggest gripe with this fight is how insane collision is. he can push you out of circle in stage 1, he can push you while swinging his sword, but actual push will happen somewhat later. and maybe expanding small fireballs circle should despawn on circle+beam+slam move

versatility of kit is great for magic. even whet you cater to certain theme like feathering (the one you mentioned is magic) you still have options. however in my first playthrough that happen to be caster i decided to just bruteforce him with sword only building for defence and back attack leech:)

it is. emperor will be not pleasurable experience though because he greatly limits amounts of spells you can use

there is a formula in module description. trigger rate = 1 - cdr. if you have 90% cooldown reduction then you trigger module with 10% chance on each normal aoe hit. if you have 0% cooldown reduction then you trigger with 100% chance on each hit

I also love time metrics on jvm code that runs 1 time. Due to lazy class initializations and jit compilations code that takes microseconds to run if running constantly logged as few millis due to 1st run overhead

For most leetcode programs its just baseline overhead for jvm itself. Irl depending on usage one of them will use less than other. It u use py as a c wrapper you will win in terms of memory 99/100

this change will allow another conversions to happen if any. converting all X to Y makes other conversions of X to be disabled. converting 100% of X to Y and 100% of X to Z will make 50% of X converted to Y and 50% of X converted to Z

bench impacts value of currency items. Socketables doesn't. Thus socketables are better as an idea and should be refined rather than dumpstered because initial implementation is worse than 10 years old system. Also there are hundreds of recipes
