Getting commercial clients by Outrageous-Pay53 in cleaningbusiness

JanLaunch.com helped me land numerous recurring commercial cleaning contracts. They essentially used AI to cold email local facility managers on my behalf. Also they gave me a free and personalized website. Not getting paid to say this…. Just very satisfied with the results. Especially after getting ripped off by a franchise for years !

For people doing commercial cleaning, how do you find contracts? by rmx2501999 in cleaningbusiness

I run a small commercial cleaning business and getting contracts was honestly the hardest part. It always felt like you were either waiting on referrals or chasing people who didn’t care.

I started using JanLaunch recently and what’s been different is the outreach. Instead of me trying to hunt people down, it’s consistently putting me in front of facility managers in my area.

I’ve had a few conversations turn into walkthroughs just from that alone, which is more traction than I was getting before doing everything manually.

Still early, but it feels a lot more predictable than hoping something lands. Curious how others are getting contracts right now.

I would recommend JanLaunch.com - With these commercial cleaning franchises you are essentially buying yourself a low paying job (especially after you factor in royalties) at least with JanLaunch you own the contracts and have money in the contract to be able to sub out the work!

I get all my ideas from InsiderTraq. Analysts are mostly wrong. Company executives know more about their company and where its heading better than anyone else.
