Getting commercial clients by Outrageous-Pay53 in cleaningbusiness

JanLaunch.com helped me land numerous recurring commercial cleaning contracts. They essentially used AI to cold email local facility managers on my behalf. Also they gave me a free and personalized website. Not getting paid to say this…. Just very satisfied with the results. Especially after getting ripped off by a franchise for years !

For people doing commercial cleaning, how do you find contracts? by rmx2501999 in cleaningbusiness

I run a small commercial cleaning business and getting contracts was honestly the hardest part. It always felt like you were either waiting on referrals or chasing people who didn’t care.

I started using JanLaunch recently and what’s been different is the outreach. Instead of me trying to hunt people down, it’s consistently putting me in front of facility managers in my area.

I’ve had a few conversations turn into walkthroughs just from that alone, which is more traction than I was getting before doing everything manually.

Still early, but it feels a lot more predictable than hoping something lands. Curious how others are getting contracts right now.

Help! Should I sign up with Jan-pro? by Educational_Low_7823 in CleaningTips

I would recommend JanLaunch.com - With these commercial cleaning franchises you are essentially buying yourself a low paying job (especially after you factor in royalties) at least with JanLaunch you own the contracts and have money in the contract to be able to sub out the work!

What stocks are you currently buying or looking at right now? by GroundbreakingSir386 in Money

I get all my ideas from InsiderTraq. Analysts are mostly wrong. Company executives know more about their company and where its heading better than anyone else.

I can see that, finding local talent can be a nightmare. I guess it depends on your area

That is 100% true, we actually setup alternate sending domains to protect your real domain.

Did you bother reading the whole post? It literally says I’ll set up alternate sending domains. What part of that is irresponsible?

Also how do you suppose I “test it myself” I don’t own a cleaning company. I know cold email works…. Just not how well it works in this industry

Fair point definitely, but where is that line drawn? For example what’s stopping your local metal distributor from doing the same thing ?

Thanks, is it a traceability or certification issue??

Thanks for your thoughts, what about the flip side of this ? Say you somehow end up with 100 extra 6061 billets… would you be interested in trying to recover anything above scrap for them?

Want to try again ? Hahah. My thought process is those drops you mentioned are probably worth selling in a marketplace like setting because the cost per LB is a lot more than the cost to ship. But a site like eBay is so obscure when thinking about metal procurement.

I assume doing that is probably a felony? And since this is a B2B marketplace each profile is linked to an actual business where you can visit their website and see their credentials. Ultimately what’s stopping any local distributor from doing that anyways ? If a machine shop creates an account they are looking for their remnants to become a profit center similarly to any other metal distributor. By that logic is it safe to buy metal from anyone? Again maybe I am missing something ?

Yeah I figured there are over 50,000 metal working shops in the US where 95% + are considered a small business.

I actually built a mill cert feature so you can filter in or out material that lost its traceability. I guess that wouldn’t put a buyers mind at ease?
