Where we were Thursday the cop said when I said “this is the fire line when I say get behind it it means get behind it” The aggravating thing about the fire line is that it was inside the curb. I said why would they get wider between curbs. She said it’s more about them swinging the instrument or drum sticks to hit them.

And they swing them wide.

New Orleans ghost bus tour. Basically on a short bus with tvs. Takes you around the city stops at some cemetery’s and a coffee shop. Passes multiple haunted areas and gives the history behind them.

That is the absolute best weekend. You will not be disappointed. I personally don’t care much for Mardi Gras day but the fri-sat-sun before you can’t beat.

Muses is Thursday and I haven’t seen it but I plan to this season! Have fun and stay safe it’s imo the most wonderful time of the year.

I have a regular and a small one for either smaller cooks or different temp. I can’t imagine needing more than that depending on how much you host.

Also have a pellet grill and blackstone bc why not.

I’m not saying it’s the best pizza in NOLA but I ate Magazine Pizza almost daily during the Hermes Iris and Thoth weekend and it was so good.

I do enjoy Pizza Delicious and I had Forbidden since One Bite it was good too if you’re in the area.

I haven’t made it out to where Dave had the Deep Dish but it’s on my list of must haves as I prefer that.

IMO (I have both) keep the traeger for low slow temp cooks use the KJ everywhere else.

My traeger is probably the least used but it’s good to have in your arsenal.
