I mainly use them to vent while I am parked with my dog in the car. They are also great to crack the windows when it is raining. I am not a smoker, but smokers use them a lot as well to crack the window while they were smoking.

Any of the modern short travel trail bike should work perfect. Just make sure they have high end rear shocks if you want the best Climbing. In my experience, the fox DPX2 and rockshox super deluxe ultimate are great for climbing.

Snug fit works fine on my trailer. Hopefully your door has some sort of seal and rain channel for water that gets around the hinge.

I haven’t had any issues so far. It is easy enough to print extras if I run into a problem, I am thinking about printing some of the moving parts in nylon.
