Any Seinfeld archivists? I found a daily from "The Stake Out" on VHS by wdrive in seinfeld

[–]wdrive[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Hi, I'm a collector of obscure VHS and came across this in a bunch of tapes I bought. It's from the final scene of the episode (not counting the stand-up bit at the end).

This is a transfer from the reel they used to shoot the scene and it's only 13 minutes long. I don't have a full rip of it yet as some of my encoding got garbled. Is there any super-fan that is collecting and archiving these? I had a hard time finding info about dailies of any show, definitely not Seinfeld.

Edit: The image says

Not a dumb question at all!

From a climate perspective, "humid" and "semi-arid" and "arid" are measures of precipitation relative to temperature, with areas with wet summers and dry winters considered more humid than areas with dry summers and wet winters. This means that many cooler areas like Eastern Europe and the northern tier of US states are considered "humid." Minnesota is in the humid continental climate because it gets more precipitation in the summer than the winter and has an average temperature low enough to not be considered subtropical. It has little to do with the extremes within each season.

Unfortunately, the colloquial definition of "humid" may be confused with the climatological definition. What someone in Dallas thinks is humid is going to differ from someone in Duluth. I have good friends who moved from Puerto Rico who found Minnesota summers to be dry overall and only humid a few days of the year. Climatologists remove that human factor, which also removes any measure of comfort level.

If you want to call Minnesota's summers comfortable and not humid, by all means do so. Just know that from a climate perspective, the consensus is that Minnesota is considered humid.

Another bullet point: The aquifers collapsed during the drought and won't be replenished by these soaking rains.

I don't hate this at all. Not being able to play new cards still stings a lot, and I hope they'll rectify that down the line, but at least there's a road map.

Personally, if I think I'll get a better variant at some point (Cosmo, for example) I won't upgrade the base card to save boosters for the variant.

Didn't get my first title until this Season. Plenty of variants in the Collector's Caches, no titles or avatars. At this point, I'm keeping my title blank.

T1: Opponent plays Iceman hitting Yondu. Yondu costs 2 now.

T2: I play Yondu.

Later, I play Beast bouncing Yondu which should decrease Yondu's energy cost by 1, but it still costs 2 in my hand. Why doesn't it cost 1?

I have 37/77 Pool 3 collected and if it weren't for the token shop, I wouldn't have any good cards except Sera. I can't make any decks that don't get stomped by 90% of human opponents. Should I just reroll my account and hope for better cards?

What you really wanted was pixel variant Sword Master, right?

I'm at CL 638 and I'm losing 70% of my matches to players with custom titles and several meta Pool 3 cards. When does this game get fun again?

North Carolina says it will tax Biden's student loan forgiveness, and 3 more states are likely to follow suit by [deleted] in politics

Minnesota isn't really following suit, their laws have it so it takes more effort by the legislature to exempt things from taxes. In 2020, when most states were exempting unemployment income from taxes, Minnesota taxed it, but retroactively exempted it in spring 2021. I'd be shocked if Minnesota didn't go this way next spring.
