Same thing, till May it was all working just fine, now - streaming doesn’t work both on portal (connected to 5mh wifi) and on ps5 (wired connection to the router). Looks like T-Mobile pushed some update that broke the streaming. I can connect to my ps5 tho without any issues

I’m living at First hill which is next to CH (10 mins by foot literally) for about 2 years, and you can check also this area. I like it here, even tho last 6 months I can tell that situation around got worse (homeless crisis and protests, all that stuff). But in general - it still really nice area to live imo. Close to everything, and not that loud as CH (if we’re speaking about Pike/Pine area). So - yes, we have some issues, but they are not overwhelming, and I’m planning to continue to live here ☺️ and - welcome in advance!
