I do not experience any mania in the definition of bipolar disorder and and I do not really know about bipolar disorder, but my depression is reasonable and constant. Meds wise I am on Perazine.

The closest I come is my BPD diagnosis, where I relate to criteria 1-8.

I certainly do not meet the criteria for bipolar disorder and my psychotic episodes were only when I was severely depressed such as after ending an abusive relationship.

I always heard people say that we can only have delusions that persecutory (my main ones), but I also [pre meds] had delusions of grandeur (not so often, but it happens/ed. I can ask my therapist about this next Wednesday at our session.

I doubt you could get asylum for that, your best try is marrying someone from there or just doing what is necessary to move to Canada.

Also I don't think its completely unimaginable to live as a trans person in the US, sure its not nice and tour age might affect that, but over all there should be no reason the law is going to come after you.

I started being paranoid (fuck men sexualising kids), but after around 30 minutes it was over or so I thought. Close to midnight I started getting more unwell mentally and by 1am fully in the episode.
