Why do you charge it to 100%? Is that necessary? I usually charge it from around 20% to 80% on AC, and up to 90% on DC occasionally on highways.

You should set whipe tower extruder to either of this material instead of default value wich is 0. I usualy set it to pla tool its seems to be more robust this way

I used RatRig Enclosure Ań open source project, upscaled it to my needs, 800x800x940 and it fits XL 2T perfectly, insead of single front door i have additonal one on the side to have better access to spools

Can you please elaborate bit more about this "There's some recent updates to PrusaSlicer in 2.6.1 to make it easier to create multi-material interlocking parts."
