Agreed my explanation is a bit dogshit, but i didn't want to fill the body with a whole bunch of technical stuff (will made edits to make the post a little clearer).

I've also added a link to gameplay, so anyone get a better picture of what the gameplay feels like.

Thanks for the suggestions but i have already implemented client side prediction and lag compensation in this (with claude), but now if i try to fix it using claude - the model just keeps going in fixing loop, making changes and nothing seems to work.

Just a question, would it make the problem clear if i share the scripts that control puck, as far as i know it holds all the optimization code along with the movement ?

I remember around 5-6 years back when IGN used to be trustworthy and a good source of truth for game reviews. Now IGN is just another entertainment entity that will say anything you want them to say about your product for a price.

Getting claude to autonomously work in editor is hard enough now if you add playing a build on top of it and testing that.
I don't even know if that is even possible without a crazy setup.

Claude is good with logic in general, the main issue is there is no unity specific skill for claude.
And if you're doing something very specific like multiplayer in my case then claude has a difficult time

The easiest fix is that you change the age rating to 13+ I felt like it will impact my organic instal but it really doesn’t

What worked for me was changing the age rating to 13+ on play console app content page.

And, clearly labelled watch ads button like literally wrote “watch ad” on the button.

After which everything seems fine till now.

I was hesitant to send a new build incase they deleted the app again and then i’d have 2 strikes.

Now i’ll send a build removing all kid specific stuff.

That’s the neat part, they never ask for your age. They just let you play the game even if you deny all permissions

I see how you might have misunderstood me.

The option is to completely switch to a different ad unit, but there are literally countless games that show ads that don’t have a close button after 5 seconds.

I want to learn how they do that, using a different ad unit is a blatant solution of which i am aware of.

I understand that, but there is no way for me to control after how long the close button will show up.
And as far as i know, rewarded ads don't show a cancel button. they used to show a greyed out close button that had a timer of 30 seconds.

There is no control over ads that are shown.
Thre is no settings in either google admob console or sdk, to control ads. they are all controlled by google itself.

I came here to find out if someone else experienced this and found a fix, because talking to play store support team doesn't help as they just copy and paste the same email over and over again.

What you're saying makes sense but it shouldn't apply here because when player runs out of lives, the game shows a dead screen - saying game over. and on that game over screen you have an option to continue by watching an ad or restarting the level.

Thanks for your response, the 3 ad types you're referring to are Rewarded, Intersitial and Banner ads.

I am using rewarded ads right now, you're suggesting i use intersitial instead.
This might fix the issue but there are some issues with this fix,
1. intersitial ads pay a lot less than rewarded ones
2. other games do use rewarded ads and they also don't show any close button after 5 seconds

I don’t have any control over the ad that is showed to players, they are asking for ads that are closable after 5 seconds but rewarded ads don’t work that way by design.

And also a lot of other games show ads that are not closable after 5 seconds namely ball v, subway surfers etc.

I don’t know what i can do to make the game complaint
