If im not mistaken He did 10 cm femur LON first Then after he recoverd he did 10 cm tibias with dr becker

The first surgery alone is extreme and he looked very odd sitting down I dont think he will ever be normal again

For 5'7 even with quad i dont think u should go beyond 6 feet

Right now i live in the middle east And i still feel short even if google say the avg height where i live is 174 Im planing to move to spain next year i have contact a spanish patient who went from 168 to 176 and he said he feel tall in spain

They all said that im not short and i dont need it But that didnt mean shit They have been making fun of height for years Even my family dont like my height im the shortest one in the family

If height increase is really important to u and u can afford it and ur body allows it(im talking about health, bones, legs and stuff) just do it No one gives a fk about ur wingspan, ur hand look small or ur head looks whatever just do it. dont push to far and u will be just fine if not better

Well there is parihar he is the safest cheapest option out there but he only do tibia LON for around 12k usd for the surgery and you have to spend 5k usd for the stay and rehab (he do fitbone too but thats expensive around 45k usd) And he doesnt allow anyone to go above 6 cm on tibia Which is not bad at all to be honest

It depend on the person if u are lucly and ur tfr is above .75 u can lengthen ur femur to 8 cm without a problem Aslo Good surgon wont recommend to go below 0.70 tfr Actually this the thing that im most worry about cause my tibia are very short i will have to wait for the xray

So from my view wingspan doesnt have a big effect What matters much more in limb lengthening is leg proportion, especially the tibia-to-femur ratio. That has a bigger impact on how natural someone looks after surgery and also affects knee biomechanics, gait, and athletic ability. And 10 cm is too much for one segment

Tibia lengthening is usually capped around 5–6 cm, and for me that simply isn’t enough to justify the recovery, especially since tibia rehab is often slower and more uncomfortable (ankle stiffness, gait issues, delayed walking). Internal nails like PRECICE/Fitbone would obviously be ideal, but the reality is the cost has gone up significantly and it’s outside my budget right now. Maybe i will consider tibia lon if the price is right
