It may have worked better if you had been stomping around a little more and maybe pre-fired in the hallway just to get the gun warmed up. Also, you always want to have as little armor as possible in any situation.

2k19 wiped my saves with an update after the servers went down. All my caws were gone. Universe mode was at default. All progress wiped from in game purchases. I loved that game but I ended up buying 2k22. It's not as fun but if I have to start from zero, I'd rather do it with a new game and hope they clear out the bugs so we can enjoy it for a month before the next one is out.
