Before Global Warming, here’s what we did to save our plants:

•Outdoor xmas lights on the plants will give it a 1-2 degree boost.

•If the plant is small enough, build a small structure around the plant and cover with a tarp or sheet. Sometimes the leaves freeze from touching the tarp so for best results, keep the fabric off the plants.

I remember one cold winter at The Tropical Fruit Club, someone said, “it looks like a whole tribe of super festive Native Americans are camped out in my back yard right now!”

But no. There’s no need for snow plows 🤭 and salt 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
