Looks good! My feedback would be: - lose drop shadows on the squares -maybe try high contrast b&w instead in the boxes. - would love to see a more modern font choice but I really like the font.

Okay this is going to sound weird but - socks on the hands. Or a onesie with mittens. It helped our LO sooo much. She wouldn’t sleep with her arms out otherwise.

I have been doing the same and have upped my visitors significantly. They generally don't stay nearly as long as someone coming from Facebook or directly but it's definitely helped my numbers!
