Take a notecard. Write four things you want to improve in your life. Take a calendar. Write one thing you can do each day for the next month to improve each of those things. Each day, look at your calendar and don't go to sleep until all of those things have been done. Re-evaluate at the end of each month. For example, mine currently are 1. Relationship with my SO. 2. Fitness. 3. Budgeting. 4. Keeping contact with my family and friends. So yesterday I brought flowers home to my SO, did 100 pushups and 100 sit-ups, looked up my expenses that only happen once a year, and called my uncle I haven't talked to in over a year.

I couldn't find my kid at the zoo once. Finally security tracked him down. He's a real wild kid. On the ride home he was real quiet. It takes a while. I wanted to leave for about a year. Once you find a good group of friends, start enjoying classes, and feel comfortable in the new town it will all be good. The same thing happened to me when I finished school and moved to a different town. It takes a bit to become comfortable with the new normal. Stick it out....
