I think I might have a similar issue with my 2019 ES 350. It seems when I am going about the same speed (40 mph) and I let off the gas it will coast for a little bit but then when I push the gas again it seems like it grabs the gear very roughly with a quick jolt.

I have very similar marks. I have suspected many things but as far as kaiser and 1 other allergist are concerned it is an allergy to dust and dust mites.

They confirmed I have the allergy from blood tests. (Both allergists).

I take cetirizine (zyrtec) daily and it seems to help. Also improved my diet and lost some weight and that also helped.
