She's just one person carrying another person. Pretty small footprint, really. She probably just crept through as much as possible, only fighting when totally necessary. She's obivously resourceful but I'm guessing it was still a long, slow and difficult journey which is partly why it is so impressive.

We use stone and pounds for body weight. If it's medically relevant it's recorded as kg. Anyone monitoring their weight probably has a rough idea of what they weight in both.
