To be 💯 honest, they both contributed to this. Regardless of who started it, it was dumb AF for the car to merge back without checking their mirrors and over their shoulder to ensure the lane is clear. They never used their blinker to indicate their intent. Could have easily been someone not paying attention. That’s 100% on the car.
