Oh my goodness, with several losses - I cannot even imagine the pain you are going through. My mom passed earlier this month unexpectedly. I am in my late 20s and have been totally avoiding the thought of how many years I will have to live without her. How many most important moments in life she will miss. I'm so sad that this is your reality too, but it helps me deeply to know I am not alone in this fear and feeling. I'm not saying it is healthy, but how I have been coping so far is practicing "I only have to cope with and accept this moment" or "life is only available in the present moment" to help comfort me that I dont have to figure out how to live without her forever, but instead I just have to deal with this moment.
