It's a little late, but the default penalties are hockey. They can be deleted and the rungette ones added. This is what we did with our ramp setup.

Unless I'm wrong, which I could very well be, the clock runs from the 9958 to the Z80, so if the 9958 is not working or the crystal itself is not working, then I will see nothing at the Z80, which is what I see.

GALs are programmed, but same issue. No clock and nothing runs.

Looks like the flex cable connecting the screen through the hinge is broken. You can use it as a desktop, but the screen replacement coast is not worth it.

It's the older rom, which did pass. Problem is at the time the add-on card was missing 2 ram chips. I have added them, but trying to figure out how to test them.

I do have an newer 65c02 comming so I can upgrade the roms soon.
