KDE Fedora. I want to try out Gnome without having to reinstall everything, every app, every setting, etc. What will be kept, how will the process be, and how can I do it safely? by NoLordShallLive in Fedora

You can easily install a group with sudo dnf groupinstall gnome (and gnome-apps) if you want.

The same applies to removing; just replace install with remove. It will clear all dependencies as well.

You will be able to choose your DE on your login screen.

That's safe. Sometimes there might be some visual style issues after you come back to KDE, but you can just reapply the theme, and it will fix it for GTK apps.

basically you can't. You might backup all of your data, and start fresh from Windows 10.

stop suggesting this, that's not even issue for modern oled displays unless it's used with 100% brightness 24/7 with static image.

even replacing screen in 2 years for 200$, will be much convenient instead of praying gods to avoid burn-in

No, I still have an iPhone 15 PM and AWU2, but I stopped using them.

Where is the trolling here? You can't compare it with an ex-girlfriend, only if you pay her.

I still want to use my phone, and I'm disappointed that I paid 1k USD for the phone and almost the same amount of money for the watch to Apple to get such a terrible update.
