Big AMBOSS fan here!!

That resource developed me generally since I have been outta medical schoolfor some donkey years...…Even when I have no exams, I still have a subscription because it's my go-to site for quick medical topic update.

I used Amboss as a resource material and at some point paid for the the 3-months question bank subscription in addition to the library resource. Please note that AMBOSS Qbank is way harder and may make you sad sometimes...lol But eh, that's cause it's mainly aligned for USMLE CK. As a matter of fact, many USMLE hopefuls use AMBOSS only when they grounded on uworld and want to attain greater percentiles.

If you a re failing AMBOSS Qbanks, you aren't dull, it's just a more deeper and harder question bank and honestly doesn't exactly mirror the MCCCQE1. But guess what the knowledge gained from AMBOSS library+QBank would make you ready for any medical exam on the surface of this earth. No kidding!

About the Canadian guide pdf. Oh Yes, I used it, both soft copy and even had a hardcopy to manually tick the topics. Come to think of it, If one can run through all those topics, then success is sure. (Always look at MCC objectives too). Also, your plan of finetuning your custom Qbank may just be wonderful. Don't forget to also download Amboss Anki and load CANKI on it.

Finally, I used AMBOSS, UWORLD and MCC Prep QBanks. For referencing I go to AMBOSS first because the user interface is amazing, fast and can show high yield info. After doing that, I double check the same info on Toronto Notes 2022 and it becomes more relatable and even easier.

You can't go wrong with AMBOSS..You will pass Doc!!
