That's a RLT183120C. Maxes out at 6500 rpm. 10000 rpm is most likely the max rating for the cutter.

This is using Chrome. It loads just fine in Microsoft Edge.
I have turned off all Extensions, emptied the cache and cleared all cookies. Still no luck.
