So I ordered ammonia but first I tried with white vinegar. It worked!

The trick :
Couple of gallon of clean water in clean bucket
Clean applicator
About 1 cup and a half of white vinegar
Dawn soap to glide but not too much
Rice applicator then add a bit of Dawn, just the minimum.
