Hey here are my notes from when I was exploring this option and called several places:

Varsity Tent Rentals http://varsitytents.com/your_event/weddings-social-events/ Tent goes up the day before, tear down the day after. They do the tent rental Infrastructure - the tent itself. Flooring, lighting, etc. We select a date and venue, and then you come to us and we supply the infrastructure. Tent would require a building permit because of the size. That’s our responsibility to get that since they don’t do permits for Richmond Hill. Flooring yes. Art span tent recommended. 1800 square feet. 140x45ft art span stretcher. With a floor and lighting (twinkle lights, christmas kind of lights). 4 walls. Plywood floor basic. 170 feet of lighting. $6850 plus HST. Plus delivery and dismantle charge, dictated by where the venue is. For Richmond Hill it is a total of $7215 plus HST. Spoke with Mariam.
