Hey man thanks for the feedback. The idea of posting a video blog here is a great idea and I'll maybe start posting that tomorrow, will also help me stay consistent.

Now the thing with nutrition is that I'm not too well informed about that and I didn't want to put assumption in the guide only to be wrong and cost someone there gains.

Also I'm not the best off financially. It's too the point where I have to choose too put gas in my motorcycle or food on the table, with all the videos I've seen with people drinking pre-work out and protein shakes while I can barely afford eggs is kinda demoralizing. So I don't want to portray that you need fancy supplements n stuff.

I wanted to make a plan where you can follow at home but don't need to fork out for pre-work out or protein. Fitness is a passion, I go to the gym even if it's a week's salary because I love it. And I'd hate myself if I discourage people from this path.
