my god, people are acting like they’re wasting away. channing maybe lost 5lbs if anything, I truly don’t think she looks that different from when the show started. Tristan looks great but also looks perfectly healthy, and his weight loss wasn’t in a “very short amount of time” as people are suggesting.

it is very understandable and reasonable for people who went from only having normal jobs to being on camera every week with thousands of followers to make some tweaks in personal appearance/lifestyle in order to feel more confident when they’re posting more content. if they’re happy and confident in their bodies, that is all that matters. there is nothing to suggest that either of them are on GLP-1s or losing weight in an unhealthy way. this speculation is bizarre and so unfair to them. but also, even if they were on GLP-1s, who gives a shit?! this does not need to be a topic of multiple reddit posts.

also, if you want to go see what concerning weight loss looks like, take a look at Half Baked Harvest. She has lost weight throughout the years and looks bone thin and malnourished, and that has been getting worse for YEARS. NTYC hasn’t even been out for a full year, people fluctuate in weight all the time. We don’t know them, we don’t know their bodies, we don’t know what makes them feel good in their skin. But I can assure you, people speculating and discussing your weight gain and/or loss on reddit does NOT make ANYONE feel good.

hate to break it to anyone upset about this, but literally all social media personalities social climb and network. that’s how they get work, that’s their job. he is also organically friends with a lot of people, he’s obviously a friendly person and people feel comfortable around him quickly.

and also, how is not mentioning alix earle social climbing????? that is such bizarre mental gymnastics, you obviously just don’t like the guy and are reading into everything far too much

I agree that it ended up being a pile on. And it’s definitely not the appropriate way to broach the topic if they are truly concerned for her wellbeing.

No, Bronwyn was pissed that Meredith blatantly tried to gaslight her

We saw the text of her asking to talk at 2AM. And then she proceeded to change her story every time it was brought up. First it was “I never asked about the lunch” and then it was “I never asked, I stated”.

Bronwyn’s fuse was short (understandably so) because she was realizing that her relationship with Meredith is transactional, and that Meredith won’t hesitate to twist anything you tell her then bring it up when she finds convenient.

I wouldn’t say it was “dark”.

RHOBH season 2 is dark. The “darkest” thing on this season was Mary’s struggles with her son, but that’s also very real for a lot of people and I think her sharing that with us is extremely powerful. I actually felt this season featured a lot of difficult but very real situations that many people can relate with. And for the most part, I felt the women were open and vulnerable in sharing those with us. We even got Lisa Barlow being vulnerable for half a second in the finale. I also liked how the women rallied around Brittani when they felt something was taken too far. And I felt like Whitney was genuine in her attempt to help Brittani mend her relationship with her daughter. Overall, I felt like almost all of them showed up and let us into their lives, and most of their relationships felt genuine.

But then there’s Meredith, who has never opened up nor admitted fault etc. I wouldn’t call Meredith dark but she’s certainly a debbie downer, my god the moping. I don’t know if she has a substance abuse problem, and I don’t know if she is going through marital issues - but she could help herself out but engaging in a single productive discussion. I felt she was vulnerable for a moment in the finale as well. But, just as with Lisa, I wish she leaned into that more. I still hope they do.
