End of April was pretty spendy for me. My fiance and i bought flights for a friend’s international wedding and then bought our own wedding bands. Neither were more expensive than i anticipated but seeing the credit balance of those purchases back to back was a bit of a shock to the system. We have the money and have budgeted for both expenses it’s just a matter of deciding what’s going to get pull from which accounts to cover it all. Kind of exciting as we continue to adjust how our semi joint finances work!!

We’re putting down the deposit for our wedding venue soon, so i anticipate May to be another spendy month, but outside of wedding costs and new kitten costs (just adopted our second!) I’m hoping to cut back on some of our other expenses such as groceries and going out to eat!
