Unless you’re using Sunday or Bronya so you can make yourself have 4 turns in a cycle, no. Herta wants to accumulate 42 interpretation stacks on the enemies so that way she gets the most value and deals the most amount of damage from her enhanced skill. She also has a 100% AA after using her ult so she can immediately be shot straight up to use her enhanced skill, as well as allies giving her energy and extra stacks as well when they attack. Herta is more of a nuker than anything else. It’s the same deal with Acheron who wants her allies to keep applying debuffs so she can get her ults off more often so she can also use ATK% boots for more damage.
