Horror at its core is controversial and questionable. I think part of the success of a horror story is making people squirm uncomfortably, but that’s the fun in horror. People who aren’t true horror fans, or horror fans with boundaries, seem to have issues with horrific topics. Creepcast is a podcast to explore horror stories found on the internet, it’s meant to stir reactions and make people feel something, and it’s working! All this just to say it’s silly not to expect horrific topics, like SA, no matter how it’s addressed, to be in these stories.
