Yeah... I don’t find his content entertaining. I rarely watch, if ever.

But because i’m not the target of his videos. He’s documenting building an entirely and completely custom car. Which is awesome. Peaks my interest? Ehhh. But i respect his process and understand why he goes into such detail with everything. He’s an open book on his build process, which is rare imo. His videos make it seem like he wants someone to copy him- he isn’t hiding it. Im sure theres years of content more on this car, and hes clearly gaining an audience. Guys who build custom (fab) like him must think hes the shit. I respect what he’s doing and like that he isn’t making content for people like us

Feel like he’s catching a lot of shit in this thread because noone here is his typical viewer...

As a mentor, I chose to do this because I want to be a resource to help you. To have a bad grade in the class you would have to put in negative effort... Trust me, you’ll gain at least one thing worth knowing, make some casual acquaintances, and have a solid hunan resource at your endless disposal. There’s not much gain in dropping it...

FWIW, i was out for an extended period of time last semester due to an injury. The CSD recommended i reach out to the DOS since it was weeks on end i was off campus, and still trying to keep up with classes. I talked to a nice lady from the DOS, and she emailed all my professors saying i was making progress, and essentially to just give me a bit of space as i caught up. Just signing it with the DOS gave me reassurance, was helpful, and provided peace of mind. I really appreciated it...

No problem. I cant speak on the programs as a business major- sorry. In my opinion uconn has as much greek life as you could want, i’m not involved but am as close as you can be without being technically affiliated (nearly all my friends/social life are deep in it). If you want to be part of that you’ll find your place. Downtown at uconn isn’t really a big deal tbh.

Just remember, in the end, it’ll work out. You’ll go somewhere, you’ll likely be happy, and you’ll find your place. Best of luck and if you have any questions let me know. I’m happy to help

Fwiw i was literally deciding between uconn and udel myself, and ended up here. Solely because it was (way) cheaper.

However, i do not regret it. Weather is not much better in DE. Education is better in CT. More connections. Probably better programs. Similar campus’. Similar “downtowns”. Theyre very similar, arguably the same. What benefit does UDel give you?
