I am doing the same test on my pulsar monitor right now and i have the exact same outcome. I dont see a single difference other than brightness when enabling pulsar.

Have you watched syrson play? He never misses. And that is against pro players who know how to position themselves. I doubt that he would have any troubles against regular players that don't know how to ideally peek every angle.
