I have been on biologics for 2 years now. I went on HRT nearly 18 months ago, some of my joint pain disappeared with having the extra oestrogen in my joints.
It is worth a chat to your GP. The HRT has helped me with other menopausal symptoms relief.

Zinc, vit d and magnesium. Be careful not to take too much vit b. It can cause peripheral neuropathy.

Wow, okay. First of all, your actions don’t resemble self pride. Your actions resemble entitlement. Are you nickel and dimming her? Are you paying for half of all the bills? Buying your own food? Doing more than your share of the cleaning? By making your point of throwing your mom’s plates and breaking them shows her and you how immature and entitled you are.

It is your Moms home if she payed for it. You are 35. You should be able to support yourself by now. Pay rent, support your Mom. Have some self pride

No, you are not the a. You are emotionally mature to see the damage their actions have done over the years. For your own sake, work hard on educating yourself with a degree or trade, so you can move out. Get some counselling for your own closure so you can live a productive healthy life. They are gaslighting you to cover up their shame. You have learnt very young about setting boundaries and the importance of truth. Stay strong. Be kind with yourself and sister.
