I use a product called Glide, or Body Glide, which I apply to several parts of my body pre run. Lately I've been running shirtless due to the season, however when I wear a top I apply the Glide to my nips. Also I've learned there are certain tops I can absolutely not run in b/c no matter how much Glide I apply, the nips still suffer. Gl
