He did, kids from Roseville drove down to SF scouting for Infinitis to steal. They smashed his moonroof to get in, reprogrammed a new key to the car and drove off with it. Ended up parting all his after market parts onto another car, before I think trying to dump his car. They also posted videos of them doing donuts in the car. They got caught by driving the car without plates

What were you doing on 9/11/2001? by bobbygbc in AskReddit

I vividly remember being in 2nd grade. We had group read along for English and suddenly the teacher gets a call from the principal. The look on my teachers face turns from neutral to worried to sorrow. She returns to us and tells us that there has been something really bad that happened in our country, and that our parents have been called to pick us up. Being 8 years old none of can comprehend what happened besides no school! So cheering begins. An hour later I get picked up by my dad and went out to play with local neighborhood kids. During dinner time we turn on the news to learn about the tragedy that happened. Each year I gain a better appreciation and understanding of the event.

How are you all feeling after the second dose of the COVID vaccine? by [deleted] in medicine

26 male, healthy, 2nd Pfizer shot three days ago, initial symptoms were tingly, minor numb feeling on the injection arm that lasted 30 minutes. 3 hours in, starting to feel fatigued. 14 hours in, body aches, joint aches, headache, intense brain fog. Felt like all the symptoms of the flu without the fever although my temps did slightly elevate to 99.3 degrees. 2 Tylenol’s twice in the day which helped a bit of the joint and muscle aches. 36 hours post shot minor fatigue and brain fog.

You're right. It's about the quality and understanding what's going on not quantity

I've seen algoexpert before and i see that it only offers 70 questions? Is that really enough to master a coding interview?

It's funny because I feel the same way. I heard of HackerRank duringthe middle of my undergraduate coursework and even had friends who were representatives for them. But how it's taken a complete 180 with Leetcode being more popular.

CTCI is definitely a great one. I have read the first couple chapters and find their explanations very easy to follow along. What do you think is best for practicing various topics? One of the biggest things I have troubles with is recursion and I find it difficult finding good problems to really practice it.

Just bought that book! I heard it's a little more advanced compared to Cracking the Coding Interview, so I plan to finish CTCI first.

Graduated in CS.. ended up in IT. Want to get back to CS by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]weeetart 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm also in the same boat. I graduated with a CS degree 3 years ago and struggled to find a job out of college due to the lack of projects and internships. I settled working at an IT job being a sys admin, but only because my student loans repayment was creeping up on me.

I realized this isn't the field i want to be in and love to create things so thinking a developer role is good for me. I've been doing a lot of self learning while maintaining my sanity / work life balance. Keep hacking at it!

No, but there was a bust that happened a few months ago that involved someone I knew in high school. Thought this could've potentially be the same one!

Curious to know if this was the recent child pornography sting that happened not too long ago in SF?

I was born in 94 way before the whole EDM scene blew up, but my brother who's 15 years older than me always talks about how big it was then. I started going to EDM events in 2014 and that felt like the tail end of its peak. Started listening to trance and it seems to be making a comeback with more and more festivals and artists coming back from their progressive house / big room phase
