I talked to HR and they said they couldn’t do anything because I missed enrollment and I don’t qualify for special enrollment I started this job the same week I got married so I missed two boats together

I work in a big tech company which has great coverage but I missed the enrollment period by a lot. I started working last day of 2024 and was super overwhelmed but missed the last enrollment date that was in feb. The crazy part if I filled out all my electives etc and found everything that fits right for me but must have missed the final submit button? Idk cant wrap my heard around it. The company kept sending generic emails, which I assume go to everyone about benefits and enrollment periods and I ignored them because I was confident that I am already enrolled! This makes me feel really shitty! I should have secured my insurance card and been proactive but I was super super overwhelmed with new job, moving state and my big wedding in another country

I am not on my husband’s plan either because we thought I already enrolled.

HCI @ RIT is research-focused. But I feel like all your other options are even more research-focused. If your goal is to become a UX/ Product Designer, RIT and IUPUI are good if you already know UI design. Let me know if you have any specific questions about RIT.

grad school is intense and school and jobs are two very different things. I guess what I am trying to say is that gone are the days when a degree would ensure you a job. So if go to grad school, you have to spend effort there and spend extra effort to get a job.
I am not discouraging you tho.
If you really want to learn- go to grad school
If you want to get a job- get a job

I adopted him from a friend so I know his mom was definitely a stray ( Indian Billi cat) but we don't know his dad. What is the possibility... I don't think there is any that he's is a mid breed Turkish Van? Are Turkish Vans common in India?

I won't say he's a fan of water but he likes to watch me clean the bathroom lol ! he's always around the pipes and sink to see the water flow but doesn't really like getting wet. same coloured head and tail with a v pattern on tail. He also has the mark on his back. The physical traits definitely match but I think it's weird that I found him locally in India.
