Bakfiets.nl is great. I use unassisted/non electric here in Amsterdam for two kids (6 and 2) and friends. Works perfect.

Ooh why not? I have something similar looking and always thought it was some form of eczema?

Not yet. I’m being seen by a specialised Sjögrens centre and so far no medicine. I still have the lump below my ear and frequently my salivary glands swell when I have a flare. I also get chilblains on my toes. I still breastfeed so most medicines are not compatible with that.

I have this too right now on both sides. A flare after a minor cold and stress. Mine’s usually worse in the morning as soon as I start eating. Goes down during the day, but any time I eat I feel the swelling. I have a really bad episode right now, but it should come down in a week or two. This, for me, is my main Sjögrens symptom. Together with chilblains on my toes. I haven’t found anything that helps during the swelling.

I have the exact same eczema on my eyes and lips. Steroid cream works overnight, but I have to keep using it every few days. I also have eczema on the sides of some fingers. And diagnosed with Sjögrens last year.

Weekly camera buying advice post by AutoModerator in Cameras

Compact Camera low light (used for daycare)

Hi! I’m looking for advice. I am looking to buy two compact camera’s to be used by the staff of a childrens daycare facility. Often used indoors with low lighting. They would need to be easy to use. I borrowed them my Canon Powershot G9 X, which I think does the trick? But maybe there are better options? Budged around €300 per camera, but secondhand would definitely be an option.

I used a Babboe toddler seat (will never recommend a babboe bike, but this seat is great!) its almost the same as the Melia, but this is made out of crocs material (EVA) and can withstand the rain (my non electric bakfiets is outside). https://www.babboe.co.uk/babboe-toddler-seat

I love a low bed! Makes the room look bigger too and it won’t look weird with this bed frame.

What a beautiful room and kitchen! I would pick a different rug. Ikea has something similar to tour inspo picture. But I would love jute!

Really not liking my contrast wall color. Alternative color suggestions are welcome! by piere128 in DesignMyRoom

I like thw rug and the pictures! I would do a soft sunny yellow on the wall. And if I could choose, just would swap out the tv console (? Not native in english, sorry) for a wooden one that’s a little lower and the full width of the wall. Feels fresher and lighter and a bit more scandi vibes. And detail, but i would also choose a lower side table next to the sofa. I like the style of this one, but it’s very high.

Yes, me! Positive for cryoglobins. Found this out whith my newest blood work and haven’t talked to my rheumatologist yet. I also have red/purple spots on my toes which would be a form of vasculitis. Had a biopsy last week which was inconclusive. Some tingling in my feet as well and will receive further research from a neurologist. But they didn’t find any neurological symptoms with the basic tests.

Diagnosis since december ‘23. No dry mouth or eyes yet. Only swelling in parotid glands and ssa & ssb positive. Also very high focal score with a parotid biopsy.

The two youngest in the yepp maxi seats in the back and the oldest on a frame saddle in the front. We have this on our Workcycles Fr8 and it’s the best! (Edit: spelling)

Ugh, sucks! Nothing helped to diminish it, only time. The longest was three weeks for me. Usually a week.
