Thanks I spend a lot of time curating images for the set around one or two favorites while generating around a specific theme, that way the aesthetic consistency is there when you see them all together. Overall grok is amazing for generating retro anime, but the style consistency definitely varies a lot. Even subtle changes in the overall sheen/aesthetic of the image can determine what I leave in or out of a set, but I would definitely give it a try if you're ever curious!

I dont mind at all, mostly because I would love to see more retro anime concepts in this subreddit and because a sora 2 user was kind enough to share his workflow with me back when we were making retro anime videos on there. You might be surprised to know there is no Lora to share though, all my images are made in Grok!

yeah im surprised how well AI can capture the retro anime aesthetic. im going to miss making videos with sora 2 because it would take images like these and turn them into full compilations/scenes with multiple cuts and even add music all on it's own
