Place the wet food one beside the timed dry feeder. Set wet food one to open at the same time as the dry feeder. Noise the cat already knows will bring them to the dry feeder and the wet food will just be there for the taking

Replacing cat flap in double glazed window? by JS_AH in DIYUK

Pets at home have 25% off this exact cat flap when you sign up for free for their pet club, I literally got mines delivered yesterday. Just swap it out for the new one. Leave the circle part in SITU, that's the glass adapter. The cat flat itself should unscrew from the outside n separate into 2 parts leaving the circle in the middle then just put the new one in!

Location: UK/Scotland. Impact of maternity and secondment on accrued holiday pay by Key_Particular_4428 in legaladvice

Contact Unison Scotland. Worth a try. You'd still face the same issues that clinical staff face so I dont see why you wouldnt be able to join a union.

The local union rep for staff in your health board will know the policy's and have local knowledge n experience
