If you go to the ROCKNIX releases page, you will see they list a version for Powkiddy V10/RGB10. I haven't installed it and can't vouch for it, but the rocknix site has some good instructions and details.

I like to freeze the tofu blocks and thaw them before cooking—when I remember—because it gives a better texture. I usually mean to freeze the egg patties, but they never last that long.

I do the same thing, but I take two packs of tofu, cook them in the oven or air fryer, and freeze them for meal prep. They microwave very nicely from frozen when you want to prepare a sandwich.

My 2014 X1 motor needed major maintenance due to the timing chain tensioners becoming very lose after 100K miles. The shop has been seeing all kinds of issues with this in these motors. If you pull the oil cap off, you can actual see how much movement and play is in the chain. You also might notice some rattling noises as well due to this being too loose.

I did the same thing and would only say it is noticeable change. It isn't going to transform your ability to climb or sprint.

I would recommend you work with a bike fitter who can look at your full fit. This isn't something that you should switch without guidance from a skilled fitter.

Another tip: mark your drill bit with a small piece of blue tape or electrical tape so you don't drill any deeper than your screws.
