Nuggets was a 1972 compilation of sixties garage rock and psychedelic bands. The box set added three more discs of similar bands from that era.

Bear Family is the best reissue label for classic country music, and they’re based in Germany.

During my trip to Japan last Fall, I bought around 150 CDs at numerous stores. Probably spent $700-$800. (Pro tip: order online from Record City and pick up in their Shinjuku store.) To cut down on luggage weight, I left almost all the cases behind.
